Job Description:
Join our dedicated team as a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse
providing compassionate, quality care in northwestern Albermarle,
Augusta, Greene, and Madison counties.
Manage patient cases, conduct evaluations, and re-assess needs
regularly.
Consult with physicians and document care via EMR.
Coordinate services with health team members to ensure dignity and
comfort at life's end.
Qualifications include a Virginia RN license, with two years of
experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver--------s license, personal vehicle, and
insurance.
Physical demands include driving, lifting up to 20 pounds, and
working in a fast-paced environment.
