WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEThe SHE Lead is a core
member of our team and is responsible for facilitating the Safety,
Health and Environmental strategy of the factory. Apart from
ensuring compliance with all relevant Unilever, Federal, State and
Local SHE policies and standards, the SHE Engineer is in charge of
creating and implementing projects that help the site to achieve
its goal of zero injuries and environmental incidents.
Role expectations:
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & Qualifications
Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120.
Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are
utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not
limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and
certifications, qualifications and education, and other business
and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
