Requirements and Qualities of a Caregiver:

Must be 18 years or older High School diploma


Valid driver's license and liability auto insurance coverage -


Have a friendly, caring, and professional attitude

Core Job Duties:

We offer paid training to all Caregivers, which covers the following responsibilities: -
-


Build rapport with clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionship -


Ensure the client's home is organized and that safety measures are in place


Provide emotional support and encouragement -


Assist with mobility needs


Provide client with transportation


Assist with non-medical hygiene and personal care needs -


Assist clients with their prescribed healthcare plan


Monitor and report changes in physical and mental behavior -


Position may include caring for clients with dementia
