OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Ob/Gyn


SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 4 Days per Week
- No Nights or Weekends
- On-Call Described Below


OFFICE HOURS:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm


COMPENSATION:
- $350,000 to $400,000+ Annual Compensation
- Option for Partnership

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private ob/gyn practice opened in 2006 and is a community leader in comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological services for women of all ages. Their mission is to provide the highest quality of care using advanced technologies in efficient ways, while empowering women to make choices about their healthcare. They currently have 2 talented physicians and 1 nurse practitioner, as well as a dedicated support staff.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Physicians see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day in the office, with all visits supported by dedicated clinical assistants.

This is a traditional outpatient position focusing on:

- obstetrics
- gynecology
- overall patient wellness
- comprehensive exams
- consultations
- follow-up visits
- minor procedures

The practice uses an EHR.

Physicians are scheduled for 4 days per week, involving a flexible mix of office days, surgery days, and deliveries.

The on-call rotation is currently 1:3 for weekdays and 1:6 for weekends (weekends are shared with another local practice). On-call is evenly shared for holidays and adjustments are made as necessary.



REQUIREMENTS:
- Illinois medical license
- DEA
- Board Eligible or Certified, Ob/Gyn
- no experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply
