Job Description:

Internal Medicine opening in Elgin, Illinois. Annashae is searching for a PCP to fill an immediate position opening in a facility in the Chicago suburbs. The ideal candidate will conduct exams, provide or recommend treatment as well as Provide clinical direction to staff involved in direct care. Full Time position only.
Available Shifts:

Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm
No Weekends or Holidays Benefits:
- Long Term Contracts
- Travel-Related Expenses Covered
- Medical Malpractice Insurance Requirements:
  - Current Illinois License
  - Board-certified/eligible
  - Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate
  - Current DEA certificate
