Alden of Huntley, a new state of the art rehabilitation and
nursing facility, are looking for nurses to join our team! We offer
great and competitive wages up to $40/hr + $2 NIGHT shift
differential. (Wages based on licensing and experience) We offer
our nursing team a $10,000 signing bonus (RN) and a $8,000 signing
bonus (LPN). We begin paying your bonus IMMEDIALTELY by addinig an
extra $5.00 to your rate until your bonus is paid in full! We also
offer a $1,000 refer a friend bonus for both RN/LPN positions! We
offer a tuition reimbursement for any of our staff looking to
further their healthcare career! We also cover the costs of
uniforms! We have a robust orientation, EMR training, and pharmacy
training process to set our nurses up for success! By joining our

patient skill levels from skilled nursing, to long term custodial
care, to memory care! JOB SUMMARY Responsible to provide direct
nursing care to the customer, and to supervise the day-to- day
nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants. Such
supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and
local standards, guidelines and regulations, facility policies. The
objective is to ensure the highest degree of quality care is
maintained at all times. QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a current,
unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in the State of
Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
Must possess current CPR certificate or become certified within two
weeks of employment.

Ensure all the Ladies and Gentlemen of Alden follow established
departmental policies and procedures, including appropriate dress

Complete required assessments upon the customer's admission,
transfer, and/or discharge.
Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the
