The Position : A general dentist is a fee-for-service primary care dental provider. This dentist diagnoses treats and manages your overall oral health care needs. The client offers the following salary and benefits:

Productivity based on collections (32%)

Daily guarantee to start (negotiable)

Health Insurance packages available after 60 days

In house dental program offered after 90 days

Full-time role

401k after 1 year

Profit-sharing after 1 year

Requirements :

Licensed Dentist in the state of Illinois

Clean record

Long term relationship wanted

Patient care paramount

Pay 32% of your labs

Minimum 3 years' experience mandatory

Strong computer skills (Moving to web-based charting)

Team player

Responsibilities

St Charles location-Tuesday 7:30 - 4:30, Wednesday 1 - 7, Thursday 7:30 - 2:30, One Saturday a month 7:30 - 2:30

Bartlett location Monday 9 - 5, One Saturday a month 8 - 1

Invisalign certification preferred
