Part-Time Nanny Manager - Two Children - North Center
Location:North Center - Chicago, IL
Start Date:ASAP
Pay:$28-$30 per hour (DOE) + Paid Time Off (PTO)
Schedule:Guaranteed 30 hours per week, flexible hours, potential to increase to 40 hours
A loving Chicago family with two children is seeking an experienced, proactive, and patient Part-Time Nanny Manager to join their home.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children (including ADHD), strong organizational skills, and a warm, professional presence.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate seeking a stable, flexible position with growth potential into household management.Position Details:
Guaranteed 30 hours per week (potential to increase to 40 hours/week with more house management duties)
$28-$30/hour (DOE)
Paid Time Off (PTO)

Weekend babysitting available with advanced notice (optional)
Parking available; driving required (own vehicle or family car)
Pet-friendly home - occasional dog sitting/house sitting when family travels (optional)Key Responsibilities:
Childcare:

• Drive children to/from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments
• Create and engage in enriching, age-appropriate activities
• Provide patient and understanding care, especially around ADHD-related behaviors
• Follow parents' guidance regarding structure, routines, and redirection
• Babysit occasional weekends with notice (if available)Household Support:
  • Light tidying and organization of children's spaces and belongings
  • Occasional errands and household tasks as needed
  • Comfortable with a dog in the home and willing to dog sit/house sit during family travel
  • Open to expanding responsibilities to support household management (potential to increase hours)Ideal Candidate:
    --- Experienced nanny with background in education or special education (preferred)
    --- Understanding and patient, especially with children with ADHD
    --- Proactive yet respectful of parental wishes and structure
    --- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to evolving needs
    --- Clean driving record and confident driver (own car or family vehicle provided)
    --- Pet-friendly and willing to assist with occasional pet and house sitting
