  The Position: The Associate Director of School Programs is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring service delivery, and coordinating program logistics. Opportunities for growth include leading key projects. This hybrid role involves in-person work (2-3 days/week in Lincoln Park) and remote work, with flexibility after the first year.
  Compensation and Benefits:
  Salary: $60,000 plus up to $3,000 bonus annually. Benefits include health/dental/vision, vacation, sick leave, holidays, parental leave, and 401(k) after one year and 1,000 hours worked.
  The Associate Director reports to the Director of School Programs, Operations.
  Responsibilities:
  
  
• Maintain School Client Satisfaction & Service Delivery
  
  • 
    
  • Serve as liaison between schools and instructors.
    
  • Manage relationships from sale to program implementation.
    
  • Coordinate logistics with school administrators.
    
  • Assist in launching programs.
    
  • Travel within Chicagoland during peak times.
    
    
    
  • Program Coordination & Data Management
    
    • 
      
    • Analyze and report practice test data.
      
    • Support syllabus customization.
      
    • Provide administrative support.
      
      
      
    • Professional Development & Instructional Support
      
      • 
        
      • Lead professional development sessions.
        
        
        
      • Collaboration & Additional Responsibilities
        
        • 
          
        • Participate in tutoring and school programs.
          
        • Collaborate on projects with the team.
          
        • Adapt to evolving responsibilities.
          
        • Proactively identify and solve problems.
          
          
          
          Other duties may be assigned as needed.
          Qualifications:
          
          • 
            
          • Bachelor's degree required.
            
          • Experience in teaching or education industry required.
            
          • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
            
          • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
            
          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
            
          • Customer support experience preferred.
            
          • Comfort with standardized tests preferred.
