Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead
Carpenter/Project Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience in
residential. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in
craftsmanship, is highly organized, and can confidently lead a crew
while collaborating with subcontractors, clients, and project
managers. The Lead Carpenter is responsible for executing complex
construction tasks, reading plans, ensuring job site efficiency and
safety, and mentoring junior team members.
