DescriptionNewhaven Display is seeking a full-time Accountant to
contribute to the operation of the finance/accounting department.
You will be responsible for daily accounting tasks and financial
activities as assigned by the Accounting Manager. The ideal
candidate will be thorough and detail oriented, with the
willingness to take on any task in support of the Accounting

DescriptionNewhaven Display is looking for a Global Sales Manager
with a passion for sales and building relationships. This person
will be responsible for growing and servicing our international
clients as well as providing strategic direction and thought
leadership for our Account Managers. The Global Sales Manager will
expand sales by managing the sales funnel and driving marketing
efforts. This person will build team unity and cohesiveness by
showing an enthusiastic attitude, having an open-door policy, daily

promoting a team first department.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities*
All sales for Newhaven Display International worldwide. Achieve
growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales
team.* Quoting, communication, sales and follow up of all
International Accounts.* Quoting, communication and sales for all
International and select US Distributors.* Coordinate with
engineering, purchasing, materials management, customer service,
accounting and all necessary departments during the sales cycle.*
Review all quotes daily as submitted by sales team to their
customer base for accuracy.* Review each quoted customers credit
history daily and advise Account Manager and Accounting Manager of
slow pay trends.* Review all previous day sales each morning for
any noticeable discrepancies.* Bi-Monthly check-ins or mini reviews
with Account Managers.* On-going training and onboarding.* Assist
Account Managers with planning and development strategies as well
as reaching their target goals.* Sales forecasting for purchasing
and accounting.* Analyze sales trends and marketplace developments
(competitors, key industries and penetrable markets).* Keep the
President informed of department goal progress during bi-monthly
check-ins.* Travel to key accounts with Account Managers and

Display, this leads to an expanded role with the successful
candidate influencing multiple departments. Our Quality Engineer
will focus on product quality improvement activities. The goal is
to ensure our quality performance improves far beyond industry
standards and increase customer retention by solving and
eliminating repeat failure modes.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities*
**Optimizing the Quality Assurance process.** - Understanding
specification changes and implications to the portfolio of devices.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of present QA testing. -
Understanding and improving First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
These typically involve electrical, mechanical, and optical device
properties.* **Customer Returns** - Analyze returns for root cause
and corrective actions. - Providing customers with 8D analysis
reports as required by their DMRs (Defective Material Reports). -
Creating Lessons Learned and engaging with the engineering and
manufacturing teams to prevent re-occurrences.* **Supplier
Returns** Support the in-house analysis of NCM to expedite
corresponding supplier returns. - Dri ving suppliers daily for
root-cause Corrective Action Reports (CAR) for speedy resolution
and implementation.* **Participate within other areas of Quality
Improvement.** - Minimize Non-Conforming Materials (NCM). - Perform
detailed Quality analysis related to products, material movements,
pricing, etc. - Initiate and perform problem-solving analyses with
the goal of driving product improvements.* **Other duties as
assigned.**Requirements* BS in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical
Engineering.* 2-3 years of broad engineering development
experiences.* The ability to read/write schematics and
specifications.* Ability to provide clear and concise customer
communications with excellent writing skills.* Knowledge and
understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, techniques, and
