We continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual investors.Team Overview:The Digital Practice Management Portfolio is looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner to lead multiple agile delivery teams. This role will partner with functional leaders across the organization to identify and prioritize solutions to improve and scale our enterprise search, embedded support and feedback capabilities. We are seeking strategic thinkers and thought leaders who are highly motivated to drive business objectives and make data driven decisions. The ideal candidate has experience leading an enterprise search implementation strategy, agile and leadership experience, data driven, organized and has the capacity to lead large enterprise initiatives.What You Will Do:

• Responsible for executing a best-in-class search experience by developing innovative strategies and supporting the log term vision of search.
• Senior Digital Product Owners combine subject matter expertise, vision, strategy, systems thinking, and product management capabilities to produce highly integrated and effective digital solutions and tools.
• This role will have accountability for a suite of vendor and home-grown applications and the direct responsibilities for implementing and scaling the enterprise search experience and growing the embedded support/self service capabilities to improve the branch experience and ability to quickly serve clients.
• The position has a broad scope of responsibility and requires interpretation of user feedback, managing stakeholder relationships across the firm, deep understanding of one or more complex systems and information to make subjective decisions that have a substantial risk and/or legal, regulatory or financial implications.
• The role will have direct responsibility for the attraction, development, and leadership of delivery team associates and is expected to cultivate a spirit of collaboration and belonging across a diverse group of individuals. This position plays a pivotal role in associates ongoing personal and professional development.
• The Senior Digital Product Owner serves as the individual accountable for the delivery teams they support, leading a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product teams to deliver value to customers of the Firm.
• Responsible to the Product Manager of Branch Efficiency and Communications, this individual aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their product roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.
• This work includes management of system plans and supporting artifacts encompassing resource needs, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as necessary to deliver on the promised business value.
• Success in this role requires depth and breadth of subject matter experts inside and outside the Branch Experience, Products & Services and Technology areas, as well as a foundational understanding of Product Management and Design Thinking theory, and the ability to expand these capabilities within the organization.
• This person will lead their matrixed product team through influence as well as task assignment authority, mentoring, and coaching all team members to fulfill the product vision.
• This individual will additionally advise and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the product strategy.What Experience You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree - equivalent experience will be considered
  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience, preferably within financial services industry or other highly-regulated industry
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Experience
  • 3+ years of direct leadership responsibility of associates
  • Prior experience in product management, project management or other similar role
  • A robust understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework
  • Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership
