Q Center is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team!

This position is eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of continuous employment with good standing expectation.

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is primarily responsible strategizing, uncovering, building and growing undeveloped business, accounts, and assigned markets. This position will require team collaboration, business development, researching and developing target action plans on new and current business opportunities. They will be responsible for all activities to penetrate these target accounts, markets and bookings; up to and including: building sales plans, solicitation calls, traces, follow ups and email communication. This position will work closely with all members of the sales and marketing team to communicate progress, next steps and leads.

Education & Experience

--- Minimum of 5 years' senior hotel sales experience; or a 4 year college degree and at least 3 years of related senior experience; or a 2 year college degree and 4 or more years of related senior sales experience required, preferably in hotel.
--- Must have a valid driver's license.
--- Must be skilled in Windows, Delphi, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
