Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is
currently hiring a Project Engineer to join our client in Niles,
IL. This direct hire opportunity is fully onsite. The Project
Engineer will be responsible for all phases of product development
for automotive filtration systems, including designing products,
creating CAD models, ensuring quality standards, collaborating with
cross-functional teams and acting as the technical liaison for the
customer. This role requires previous product design experience and
familiarity with automotive quality standards and processes.
Responsibilities: · Oversee all phases of product development ·
Design and develop advanced filtration systems for automotive
powertrain applications · Create CAD models and engineering
drawings · Ensure designs meet quality standards · Provide
technical expertise and lead technical discussions · Partner with
program managers and internal stakeholders to meet deliverables ·
Work closely with cross-functional teams · Act as the primary
liaison to the customer Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering · Product design experience required ·
Proficient in Creo and Microsoft Office Suite · Knowledge of
industry-specific testing standards and validation procedures ·
Familiarity with automotive quality standards and processes · 3-5
years of project engineering experience preferred Benefits include

matching, and 3 weeks paid time off. Pay Details: $90,000.00 to
