Apply sealcoat, crackfill, and line striping with precision and intention Prep job sites through cleaning, edging, taping, and equipment setup Operate tools and equipment as part of a trained, supportive crew Contribute to projects that blend engineering discipline with artistic detail Maintain a clean, safe, respectful job site Represent the Doctor Asphalt Way craftsmanship, communication, and pride Every line you paint, every edge you cut, every surface you restore becomes part of the art we leave behind. What Were Looking For We hire for character, train for skill, and invest in your future. Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work on your feet and lift 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in both Hot and Cold weather Reliable transportation to Work Willingness to learn no experience required - but experience helps Teamoriented mindset and respect for craftsmanship Must be willing to travel and be out of state for 2-4 weeks at a time as well as be available for work in either Madison, WI or Minneapolis, MN when local work is required Prefer a Valid Class A CDL If you take pride in doing things the right way, youll fit right in.
