Our Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage 401 (k)Plan Company paid life insurance Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Responsibilities: Maintain commercial refrigeration systems and equipment, including walk-in coolers and freezers Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in refrigeration equipment, making repairs or replacements as necessary to restore functionality Hand and manage refrigerants according to federal and state regulations, including recovery and disposal when required Respond to services calls promptly, provide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve issues Interact with clients to understand their refrigeration needs and provide recommendations for equipment or maintenance services Maintain accurate records of service performed including work orders, parts used and any pertinent details about the systems serviced Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards Stay updated on the lates technologies, tools and industry practices to enhance skills and knowledge in commercial refrigeration Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, as this position may require driving a company van to various job sites Experience in troubleshooting, installation and service of commercial refrigeration Proficiency in using tools and equipment common to the trade Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues accurately Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Ability to climb a ladder up to 24’ Ability to lift 50 – 100 lbs.
