Position Title: Press Operator Wage: $17.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm or 11:00pm - 7:00am Reached a dead end at your current job? Press Operator Responsibilities: - Set up and operate small, medium and large presses. - Set up and operate support equipment such as stock feeders, roll feeds, etc. - Utilize routings, prints or directions to make required parts - Set up complicated sheet metal stamping dies - Check parts to ensure tooling doesn't cause an excessive burr conditions - Create, adapt and follow quality systems procedures Requirements for Press Operator: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Able to lift up to 35lbs. at least every ½ hour a shift. - Able to stand and/or sit for entire shift depending on parts that need to be assembled - Able to read instructions in English manitowocresumes@qpsemployment.com IND043 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
