Whether you're just getting started or bringing a decade of experience to the table, we're looking for a Structural Engineer who's passionate about design, detail, and delivering projects that make a real impact. What You'll Do: You'll work on a variety of building types-low-rise commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional facilities. Your work will include: Designing with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood Slab, floor system, column, wall, and foundation design Performing lateral analysis and structural detailing Coordinating with our CAD/BIM team and other disciplines Responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and attending project meetings Conducting site visits and observations What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred) 2 years of relevant experience Proficiency with AutoCAD (Revit Structure is a plus) Experience with RAM, TEDDS, RISA, ADAPT, or similar design software Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines Benefits $70,000 - 140,000 / year 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
