Details Job Description: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician,
you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and
repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and
minimize downtime. You will work closely with the operations team
to implement preventive maintenance schedules and address any
equipment issues promptly. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine
maintenance and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and
electrical systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment
malfunctions to determine the root cause and implement effective
solutions. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment
reliability and longevity. Install, upgrade, and calibrate
industrial machinery and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints,
technical manuals, and schematics to perform accurate maintenance
and repairs. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure
seamless equipment performance and minimize production disruptions.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical
certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a
related field is preferred. Proven experience as an industrial
maintenance technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of
mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical
manuals, and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part
of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
