Overview: As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in
providing responsive and loving care to our infants and
Preschoolers. Your role involves creating a secure and stimulating
environment where infants can explore, learn, and form strong
attachments. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement
developmentally appropriate activities that support infants'
cognitive, social, and emotional growth. - Provide responsive and
loving care to meet each infant's individual needs, including
feeding, diapering, and nap routines. - Create a warm and secure
environment that fosters trust and attachment between infants and
caregivers. - Maintain open and effective communication with
parents and guardians, providing daily updates on their child's
activities and well-being. - Ensure a safe and hygienic classroom,
adhering to all health and safety guidelines and center policies. -
Work collaboratively with other staff members, including assistant
teachers, to maintain a consistent and nurturing environment. -
Document infants' developmental milestones and assessments. -
Support parents in the transition from home to daycare and provide
guidance on infant care practices. - Attend professional
development opportunities to stay current on best practices in
infant care. Qualifications: - A minimum of an Associate's Degree
in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Bachelor's Degree
preferred). - Proven experience working with infants in a daycare
or similar setting. - Strong knowledge of infant development and
attachment theory. - Exceptional communication skills, both with
infants and parents. - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for
nurturing and caring for infants. - Current CPR and First Aid
certification (or willingness to obtain). - Ability to pass
background checks and meet state licensing requirements. Join our
