Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based
Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available for the 2026-2027
academic year in Cicero, IL, serving a mixed student population
across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract
role supports two schools and offers a full-time schedule with 37.5
to 40 billable hours per week, depending on the paid lunch policy.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services
to K-12 students with varied needs. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and other professionals to support student success. Monitor and
document student progress and adjust services as needed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide
initiatives regarding student development. Qualifications: Valid
School Occupational Therapy certification required. Experience
working with school-aged children across elementary, middle, and
high school levels. Ability to manage a caseload and deliver
services across two school locations. Strong communication and
collaboration skills. Commitment to supporting diverse student
populations in an educational setting. Location: Position is based
in Cicero, IL, covering two schools within the district. This
contract role provides a rewarding opportunity to impact students'
