Position Overview: - Deliver standards-aligned lessons for high-risk high school students in the mild-to-moderate range, focusing on diverse learning styles and credit recovery. - Lead the development and implementation of compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary support teams. - Implement data-driven interventions to re-engage high-truancy students and address systemic barriers like poverty and housing insecurity. - Manage a specialized caseload focused on closing learning deficits and creating clear pathways to high school graduation.
