Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher
dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs in a
school setting. The role involves providing tailored instructional
strategies and fostering an inclusive classroom environment to help
students achieve their academic and personal goals. This position
includes some travel, allowing for engagement across multiple
educational sites. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with state
guidelines and student assessments. Adapt curriculum and teaching
methods to meet the specific needs of students with disabilities.
Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to
promote student success. Maintain accurate records of student
progress and communicate regularly with parents and administration.
Participate in professional development and team meetings as
needed. Travel to various school locations within the assigned
region to deliver instruction and support. Qualifications: Valid
Special Education teaching certification. Experience working with
students with diverse learning needs. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families,
and educators. Ability to adapt instructional techniques and
materials as appropriate. Willingness and ability to travel within
the region as required. Location: Racine, WI and surrounding areas
