Job Description Job Description Description: Hall Imports is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Express Advisor to join our service team. If you’re looking to break into the fast-paced automotive industry and build a long-term career, this is a great opportunity to get started. No automotive experience? No problem! We provide paid training and hands-on support to help you succeed. We’re looking for someone with great energy, strong people skills, and a drive to learn and grow. As a Service Express Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face customers see when they arrive and the key communicator between customers and technicians in our express lane. You’ll help ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience. Schedule • Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Greet customers with a professional and welcoming attitude • Serve as the communication link between customers and technicians • Clearly explain recommended services and maintenance needs • Ensure customer approvals are obtained and expectations are set • Manage workflow efficiently in the express service lane • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) • High school diploma or GED (preferred) • Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organized with good time management abilities • Positive attitude and professional appearance • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn • Automotive experience is not required — we will train the right person Compensation & Benefits • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Life insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid vacation time • Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service • Employee recognition programs • Career growth and advancement opportunities • Paid training and onboarding support About Hall Imports Hall Imports is a family-owned Volkswagen and Mazda dealership with over 100 years of automotive excellence.
