Job Description Job Description Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This travel contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced X-Ray Tech looking for a consistent weekday schedule in a well-supported department. Youll work four 10-hour day shifts with exposure to a wide variety of patient types and procedures. Schedule 10-hour day shifts Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 6:30 PM 40 hours per week Assignment Details General radiology department with fluoro, trauma, OR, and ED coverage Department setup includes 2 general rooms, 2 fluoro rooms, and 2 ED rooms Minimum 1 year of X-Ray experience required First-time travelers considered upon review Patient Types Fluoroscopy Trauma General radiography Operating Room cases Required Certifications & Licensure ARRT (R) BLS Wisconsin Radiologic Technologist License Skills & Experience Proven experience working with the listed patient types Comfortable performing portable exams throughout the facility (travelers float first) Charting & Equipment EPIC Alaris Pyxis McKesson PACS Things to Do in Milwaukee Enjoy lakefront walks along Lake Michigan, explore the Historic Third Ward, catch a Brewers game, or check out the citys food halls, breweries, and live music scene during your time off.
