What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire areceptionist our lodging division. This position falls under our ALE Solutions line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role you will be responsible for greeting and assistance to all visitors and guests. This role will also provide daily administrative support as needed, including mail processing, for various teams including Finance, Sales and Operations.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Greet and assist all visitors, guests, and employees in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
Process all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Update Facility Manager on key items (i.e. vendor arrival/departure/updates, package deliveries, maintenance/cleaning issues, etc.)
Responsible for Employee Badge Program (take photos of employees for their badge, create employee badges, and oversee visitor badge program to ensure safety and security of building)
Responsible for office supply, kitchen supply, and first aid kit inventory and ordering
Purchases online/errands for supplies upon request
Coordinate food deliveries/pickups for leaders, meetings, trainings, and events
Assist leadership with tracking and compiling expense reports monthly
Reviewing delivery invoices for accuracy and sending to finance for processing
Record and distribute meeting minutes upon request
Prepare/present/ship logoed items, business cards, contact cards, etc.
Participate in Emergency Assistance
Assist recruiting with interview process and coordinate scheduled candidate interviews
Updated shared calendars for office availability and usage
Coordinate new hire items with Learning & Development and HR teams
Conduct tours for visitors upon Leadership request
Screen visitors/vendors that do not have an appointment
Assist with the facilitation of events
Assist all departments as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills
High level of detail orientation

Well organized
Able to work with minimum supervision
Able to multi-task
Positive attitude
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
High School diploma required
Ability to work overtime as needed
