Part Time
20 to 25 hour weekly
Greet visitors and members
General office duties

Answer phones - phone skills required
Register members for events
Maintain email accounts
Maintain and process Gift Cards/Certificates
Create New Board Member Packets
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Maintain Calendars - ie. Chamber Master, Board Calendar, and Committee Calendar
Collate and distribute mail
Responsible for Residential Greeter Program Maintain materials
Contact businesses for information for packet
All items that pertain to program

Mail and process renewal packets
Coordinates Business of the Month
Maintains office supplies and equipment
Coordinates with other chambers for Multi Chamber events
Manage accounts and perform booking Assist President/CEO with invoicing - Accounts Payable and Receivable
Maintain follow up on past due invoices

Approves Web Hot Deals, Events, & Job Postings
Create Agendas & Minutes for meetings
Data Entry experience preferable with Chamber Master and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Assist President and CEO with tasks as needed
