  • Provides administrative support to team of Project Managers.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
  • Supports Project Management team by performing tasks related to organization and multi-tasking.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results in a timely manner.Hours & Benefits:This is a full-time position that has the possibility of growth into project coordination.
