    Provide secretarial and administrative support of a moderately complex and confidential nature.

    1. Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing required.
    2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, process work rapidly, set priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision

    3. Assist Accounting team with purchase orders, coding invoices, accounts payable, and month end close process.
    4. Receive incoming telephone calls and greet on-site visitors in a professional manner. Assist caller by answering questions or directing call through to appropriate person.
    5. Establish, develop and maintain filing system. Retrieve information from files when needed.
    6. Perform general clerical duties including: typing, copying and filing correspondence, memos, letters, reports, ordering office supplies, scheduling and organize meetings, conference calls, business travel, conferences and facility activities, etc.
    7. Sort and distribute incoming mail/faxes and manage outgoing letters/packages within appropriate systems.
    8. Operate and maintain office equipment. Schedule maintenance as needed.
    9. Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain policies when necessary.

    1. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
    2. Minimum 5 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
    3. Proficient knowledge and working experience using MS Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    1. Talking, Hearing, Seeing, Standing, Sitting, Walking and Fingering
    2. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work.)
    3. The worker may be subjected to atmospheric conditions: One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system orf the skin: Fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
