Job Description:

The Global Supply Chain Operations Finance Analyst Accelerated Development Program is a relocatable rotational program that provides participants the appropriate training and learning experiences that will prepare them for their first career position within the Company.
Major Tasks Include:

• Assisting with the Annual Operating Budget
  
• Reviewing books and closing site books
  
• Physical inventory and daily reviews for the variance detail tracking report
  
• Analyzing manufacturing costs and transfer pricing
  
• Assigned special projects by Leadership teams
  
• Monthly P&L summaries for anomalies
  
• Investigations and opportunity to report findings to management
  
• Completing an overview of the operations within a paint plant, a specialty plant and a distribution service center (warehouse)
  
• Completing a total Supply Chain overview (from product concept to finished product) through online modules
  Completing Transactional Lean, Accelerated Root Cause, Standard Work, and Six Sigma Training

  Basic Qualifications:
  
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, prior to starting to position.
    
  • Must be willing to relocate to any location listed for the position and upon completion of the program.
    
  • Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.80
    
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
    
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future

    • Previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field
      
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      
    • Previous experience as a Sherwin-Williams Intern or Co-op
      
    • Leadership experience as demonstrated by your involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
      
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      
    • Problem solving ability
      
    • Organizational and time management skills
      
    • Project Management skills
