Job Description:

Responsible for all aspects of inventory and cost accounting functions.--Essential Duties and Responsibilities--The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.--Education and/or Experience--Bachelor of Science degree in AccountingMinimum of four years of experience in a Cost Accounting roleCertified Public Accountant preferredCertificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements--Must be at least 18 years of age.Legally eligible to work in the United States.Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background check, which will include previous employment check and criminal history review.Language Skills - Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, correspondence, safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to write correspondence, routine reports and substantiate via verbal or written mediums. Ability to speak effectively and present information one-on-one and before small groups of clients or employees of the organization.--Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to manage, organize, analyze and decipher large amounts of data.--Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to solve practical problems via a logical, analytic approach. Ability to validate work using verification techniques.--Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of electronic equipment, intermediate PC skills, knowledge of internet software, experience working with ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. Computer experience/operation is required. Must have the ability to operate general office equipment.--Other Skills and Abilities - Ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under dynamic schedule constraints and consistently meet deliverable timelines. Ability to successfully manage competing and concurrent demands.--Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
